Biography :
MBABAZI Olivia is an assistant lecturer of Business and Management courses. She earned her Bachelor of Business administration from the National University of Rwanda in 2006, a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi, and different Certificates of participation in Human resources management best practices from the HRMO in collaboration with NCBS, HIV Combating from TASO-Uganda, Public finance management from MINECOFIN. She served for three and two years as an HR Manager and a tutorial assistant respectively at the former Umutara Polytechnic University( now UR-CBE-Nyagatare campus), and now serving as an Assistant lecturer at UR-CBE-Gikondo Campus.

She is interested in :

Seeing the University delivering competent students to fit the labour market
Having graduates who can help industries and Institutions to work in an environment characterized by autonomy and responsibility, mentorship and empowerment.
Having gradates who are job makers instead of job seekers
Areas of research interest :

International business management
Human resources management
Entrepreneurship and innovation
