Biography :
Education/professional experience

PhD Candidate at University of Rwanda (UR). Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration.

Nine (9) years of service in Education field of which 6 years of University teaching at University of Rwanda, 2 years at secondary and 1 year at primary as Teacher. Two years of service in private sector as Director of Finance and Administration in New Family Rwanda ( NFR) a local NGO. Participation and contribution in conducting many surveys in different fields of research and areas of Rwanda.

Area of research :

My main research interests is oriented in Management of both Human Resource, Businesses Strategic Management. I’m also interested by Innovation and Creativity as tools to achieve and maintain sustainable development.

Publication :

Publication is in progress. Two chapters on Human Resource Management Practices : An examination of Innovation Performance for sustainable Economic Development in Rwanda are written already.
