Biography :
Pierre Sindambiwe currently works as Lecturer at School of Business, University of Rwanda (UR) and a PhD candidate in business administration at the Centre for Family Enterprise and Ownership (CeFEO), Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), Sweden. Pierre has MBA in Finance and a wide teaching experience from undergraduate to post-graduate courses in business and management areas. Pierre has a vast experience in the administration, curriculum development, consulting and training. Pierre is a leadership and youth empowerment activist, recipient of the “Global Leadership Academic Excellence Award” (2015) as well as “Global Leader Development Academic Excellence Award” (2016). In past, Pierre worked with different banks, occupied different administrative and academic positions in the University and different non-for-profit organizations.
Areas of research interest : Pierre is currently working on his Doctoral thesis. His research interest is in family entrepreneurship and family business continuity in the context of developing countries. Besides, he has been interested in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Organizational Studies and Finance.
